WHAT WILL ZUBBIT COST?

At this point in time we have not set specific price points but what we can say is it will be a subscription based service that will offer multiple levels of access with different subscription packages. WHICH PAYMENT PROCESSOR WILL WE USE?

We are a subscription service and will be using PayPal to process the subscriptions for us. This means customers can pay either via their PayPal Accounts or via VISA, Mastercard or AMEX cards.

Affiliates will also be paid commissions via PayPal.

Because of the level of automation and integration we need between our system and payment provider there are few that offer that depth of integration and technical support that PayPal do, so it was an easy choice to make.

PayPal also has its European headquarters in the Republic of Ireland which means being UK based we can get support in our time zone and to an English speaking provider and also we can operate with them covered by European Union legal protections.

We've discussed the business and its processes with PayPal in Ireland and they support it but have asked us to let them know when the launch date is so they know to expect the high numbers coming in during the launch week.

CAN CUSTOMERS CANCEL/REFUND?

Yes we offer a 30-day refund with all subscription levels. If a customer decides to cancel they will get a no-quibble refund of the current month subscription they've paid for.

Based on the 30-day refund policy any commissions earned are on hold until the 30 days are lapsed which gives the customer the chance to cancel before we pay the commission. This stops the business getting into a negative balance situation.
